    Associates may elect either one of the following options: Hi or Lo Option Preferred Provider Organization (PPO). Health STAT program available for all associates who enroll in medical coverage.

  • Dental Coverage
    Price for coverage is included in associate's medical plan cost.

  • Prescription Drug Plan
    Price for coverage is included in associate's medical plan cost.

  • Life Insurance
    Group life offered at no cost to associate.

  • Dependent Life Insurance
    Group coverage on eligible dependent covered under medical plan at no cost to associate.

  • Accidental Death and Dismemberment
    For non-work related occurrences at no cost to associate.

  • Long Term Disability
    Provided at no cost to salaried associates. Hourly associates are responsible for half the cost of Long Term Disability.

  • Supplemental Term Life Insurance
    Optional coverage an associate can purchase based on amount of insurance and their age.

  • Supplemental Dependent Term Life Insurance
    Optional coverage associate can purchase for eligible dependents.

  • Parkdale Retirement Savings Plan
    After 90 days of service, associates may choose to participate in the 401K program. Eligibility for this employer-matching program begins at one year of service.
